Who we are

OOOI Aero ("we", "us") is a product of Redye Intelligence LLC. Our website is oooi.aero.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect the following information:

• Email address — to notify you when we launch
• Approximate location (country and city) — derived from your IP address, to understand where our users are
• Browser language — to plan language support
• Device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop) — to optimize our product
• Referrer URL — to understand how you found us
• Timestamp — when you signed up

We do not store your IP address. We only use it to derive your approximate location at the time of signup, after which the IP is discarded.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to communicate with you about OOOI's launch and to make product decisions (e.g., which languages to support first, whether to prioritize mobile or desktop). We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Access is restricted and protected by row-level security policies.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at the address below. If you are an EU resident, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies

Our waitlist page does not use cookies or any third-party tracking scripts.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as we develop our product. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers.
